This page explains how to request deletion of your ELGAZAR GROUP Field App account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@elgazar-group.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", from the email address registered on your account (or clearly stating which account to delete).
- An ELGAZAR GROUP administrator will verify the request and process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account details (name, email, password)
- Your profile photo
- Site visit records, photos, and notes associated with your account
What may be retained
Work records tied to completed projects may be retained in aggregate or anonymized form for business and legal record-keeping purposes, with personal identifiers removed.
