This app is an internal tool used by ELGAZAR GROUP employees and contractors to record and manage fiber-optic installation work — site visits, cabinets, buildings and related job records. It is not intended for use by the general public.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, mobile number and login credentials, used to identify staff and control access to the app.
• Location: GPS coordinates are recorded when a technician logs a site visit, to confirm the visit took place at the correct site.
• Photos: job-site and profile photos taken or chosen by the user, used to document work progress and identify staff.
• Work records: cabinet, building, visit and cost data entered by staff as part of their job.

How we use this information

Data collected by the app is used only to operate and manage ELGAZAR GROUP's field operations: assigning and verifying site visits, tracking project progress, and maintaining accurate job records. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on ELGAZAR GROUP's own servers. Access is limited to authorized staff who need it to do their jobs.

Data retention

Work records, visit history and associated photos are kept for as long as needed for project records and company reporting. Staff accounts and their data are removed when no longer needed, upon request to ELGAZAR GROUP.

Your choices

Location access can be declined in your device settings, though this may limit the app's ability to verify site visits. Staff may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us below.
